Rainbow Toast

Ingredients
- Toast of choice- Gluten Free if desired
- Fresh Raspberries
- Fresh Mango, diced
- Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Blackberries
- 2 TBSP Whole Organic Ricotta Cheese
- Low-sugar Granola of Choice
- Drizzle of Raw Honey
Instructions
- Toast the bread & spread on the ricotta cheese
- Arrange fruits in rows according to colors of the rainbow
- Sprinkle with your favorite granola
- Drizzle with raw honey & enjoy!!
- *NOTE : Fruits can be substituted for any fruit of choice! Berries help to eliminate more chopping!
