Rainbow Toast

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Toast of choice- Gluten Free if desired
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Mango, diced
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • 2 TBSP Whole Organic Ricotta Cheese
  • Low-sugar Granola of Choice
  • Drizzle of Raw Honey

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread & spread on the ricotta cheese
  2. Arrange fruits in rows according to colors of the rainbow
  3. Sprinkle with your favorite granola
  4. Drizzle with raw honey & enjoy!!
  5. *NOTE : Fruits can be substituted for any fruit of choice! Berries help to eliminate more chopping!
