Strawberry Chia Toast with Homemade Nutella

Ingredients
- Toast of choice- Gluten Free if desired
- 1/2c Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Ingredients for Homemade Hazelnut Chocolate Spread (Nutella)
- 1 1/2c Toasted Hazelnuts
- 3/4c Sugar-free Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until it looks like a thick, wet sand.
- Meanwhile, heat the chocolate chips in a sauce pan on low, adding the salt & vanilla as it melts and incorporates. Stir well until all chocolate chunks are melted. Remove from heat.
- Add the chocolate mixture to the food processor with the hazelnut butter and blend until as smooth as you like it. Spoon into a jar with an air-tight lid and store in cool, dry place for up to two weeks. (It won’t sit around that long!)
- Double recipe to enjoy with more fruits later, or if you just need an occasional spoonful of deliciousness!
